Swim Program

Club Night / Training / Open Water Swimming / Endurance 1000

Club Nights are held each Thursday from 7pm. There are usually 3 or 4 events on the program. The first event is used to calculate points for Marlin of the Month and Club Points Awards. On some nights a relay is included on the program. These are for fun, but are fiercely contested. An endurance swim is included at the end of the program on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

After swimming, the club supplies hot drinks and cheese and biscuits. There are cool drinks available at a small cost. The first Thursday of the month is Hearty Meal Night, and where members bring a plate of food to share.

Training Sessions are supervised by our club coaches – Gail and Peter

You will learn swimming skills and techniques, build endurance, and have fun.
